Community at DayTime Hub

About DayTime Hub

A warm space where everyone is treated with dignity and respect

Our Story

The Daytime Hub has been part of the Gravesend Methodist Church since 2010 when the need to help our local homeless community was discovered. What began as a warm space for a cup of tea grew over a number of years into something much more.

Today, we provide a warm shower, clean clothing, a hot breakfast and a safe space to feel like a member of the community. We offer advice and support from local agencies, and our dedicated team is trained to listen and spot signs of exploitation.

We are a "drop-in" centre situated in the centre of Gravesend – no two days are ever the same, but our commitment to helping those in need remains constant.
