DayTime Hub is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults and young people who access our services, as well as our staff and volunteers. We take all concerns seriously and act promptly to keep people safe.
Our safeguarding commitments
- We provide a safe, welcoming environment with clear boundaries and respectful conduct.
- We follow safer recruitment practices, including role checks and DBS screening where required.
- We train staff and volunteers on safeguarding responsibilities and how to report concerns.
- We record and respond to safeguarding concerns promptly and appropriately.
- We work with local agencies when a concern requires multi‑agency support or statutory reporting.
